pkrvio Terms & Conditions — User Agreement

This agreement ("Terms & Conditions", "Agreement", or "Terms") is entered into between pkrvio ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any natural person who accesses, registers upon, or otherwise uses the pkrvio platform at pkrvio.net ("you", "the User", or "the Player"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement and govern your use of all products, services, games, and features made available through pkrvio, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, card games, promotions, and the account management system.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below:

By completing the pkrvio registration process — including confirming your age, providing your mobile number, and clicking the account creation button — you represent and warrant that:

• You have read and understood the entirety of these Terms & Conditions;
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
• You accept these Terms freely and without duress;
• You will comply with all obligations set out herein throughout the duration of your account's existence.

Acceptance also extends to pkrvio's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and form an integral part of this Agreement. Where a conflict arises between these Terms and any specific game rules or promotion-specific terms published on the pkrvio platform, the more specific document shall prevail in respect of that specific matter.

In order to access pkrvio's Services, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes;
• You are not acting as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party for the purpose of gambling;
• You have not been self-excluded from pkrvio or any affiliated platform;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of pkrvio or any of its game or technology suppliers.

pkrvio reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any User's age at any time, including at the point of withdrawal. Where satisfactory documentation is not provided within the timeframe specified in any verification request, pkrvio reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold pending withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of the verification process.

Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed. All Real Money Balances will be returned to the original payment method. Any winnings accumulated during an ineligible period are forfeited in their entirety.

4.1 — One Account Per Person

Each eligible individual may hold only one active pkrvio account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pkrvio employs technical and manual detection mechanisms to identify duplicate accounts.

Upon detection of multiple accounts, pkrvio may, without prior notice, close all associated accounts, void all pending and historical bets placed from any of those accounts, and permanently ban the individual from the platform. Any Real Money Balance held across duplicate accounts will be returned at pkrvio's discretion, after deduction of any promotional benefits unlawfully obtained.

4.2 — Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false registration information, including a false date of birth to circumvent the 21+ age requirement, constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

4.3 — Account Currency

pkrvio accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PKR or their real-time equivalent where alternative payment methods denominate in other currencies. pkrvio does not charge currency conversion fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrvio account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes generated for your account. pkrvio will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from pkrvio that requests your password should be reported to support immediately.

You agree to notify pkrvio immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. pkrvio shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. However, pkrvio will take reasonable steps to assist you in securing your account once a security breach is reported.

6.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

pkrvio currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed in the pkrvio Cashier at the time of transaction.

6.2 — Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 30 seconds of submission. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect. pkrvio does not accept third-party deposits — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

6.3 — Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within five minutes of request confirmation during standard operating hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to one business day. pkrvio reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will, where possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit.

6.4 — Anti-Money Laundering Obligations

pkrvio is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or the financing of illicit activities. pkrvio may request documentation to verify the source of funds for any deposit or prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and referral to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

All bets placed on pkrvio are subject to the specific game rules and betting regulations displayed within the relevant section of the platform (cricket betting, live casino, slots, card games, etc.). In the event of a discrepancy between general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for that game.

pkrvio reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, pricing error, or incorrectly displayed odds. In such circumstances, the staked amount will be returned to the User's Real Money Balance. pkrvio's decision in respect of voided bets shall be final.

Where a live sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach its natural conclusion, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that event type as published on the pkrvio platform. In the absence of a specific rule, pkrvio's sportsbook trading team will determine settlement on a case-by-case basis.

pkrvio offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Bonus offers are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless expressly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds are credited to the Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings derived from bonus wagering are eligible for withdrawal, subject to applicable wagering requirements having been met;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation;
• pkrvio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion will not be adversely affected by mid-promotion changes;
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or any other behaviour that pkrvio reasonably determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion — will result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkrvio platform. pkrvio reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to engage in any of the following, and to recover any funds obtained through prohibited conduct:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in any game or platform system;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime;
• Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account;
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Attempting to access pkrvio's back-end systems, databases, or administrative interfaces without authorisation;
• Any conduct that pkrvio reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform, its games, or other users.

All content on the pkrvio platform — including but not limited to game software, live casino streams, graphical assets, logos, trademarks, interface designs, text, sound effects, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkrvio or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pkrvio platform solely for your personal entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the pkrvio platform without express prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkrvio's total aggregate liability to any User arising from or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Balance held in the User's account at the time the claim arises.

pkrvio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether or not pkrvio has been advised of the possibility of such damages. pkrvio's Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

pkrvio is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes active measures to minimise gambling-related harm. As a pkrvio account holder, you have access to the following responsible gaming controls at all times:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on total deposits;
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss thresholds over a defined period;
• Session Time Alerts: Notifications triggered after a specified duration of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary suspension of account betting activity for periods of 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Immediate and irreversible closure of your account, with no re-registration permitted for a minimum of 12 months.

All responsible gaming controls are available directly from your account dashboard and activate immediately upon request. pkrvio takes no responsibility for gambling debts, financial losses, or any other harm arising from a User's failure to use available responsible gaming tools.

pkrvio reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pkrvio reasonably determines that:

• These Terms have been breached by the User;
• The account is being used for any prohibited conduct as described in Section 9;
• The account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 3;
• Legal or regulatory obligations require such action;
• The security or integrity of the platform or other Users is at risk.

You may close your account at any time by contacting pkrvio support. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable verification requirements. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon account closure unless specific conditions have been met.

pkrvio reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — including changes to eligibility criteria, withdrawal policies, or bonus terms — will be communicated to registered Users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, with a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to the effective date.

Non-material changes, including typographical corrections, formatting updates, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any obligation or right, may take effect immediately upon publication. The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at pkrvio.net/terms-conditions. Continued use of the pkrvio platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to pkrvio's operating jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and pkrvio, you agree to first contact pkrvio's support team to seek informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first contact, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the applicable international dispute resolution body. You irrevocably waive any right to participate in any class action or collective proceeding against pkrvio.

pkrvio's decisions in respect of game outcomes, bet settlement, and account actions taken pursuant to these Terms shall be final and binding, subject only to manifest error. Any query regarding a specific decision must be raised with pkrvio support within 30 days of the decision being made; claims raised after this period will not be entertained.
